When I was 17 years old I was struggling with insomnia and anxiety, My regular guided relaxation practice had become my lifesaving routine.
R&R was born as a result of testing and combining various relaxation techniques (Nidra, meditation, breathing, etc.).
Over the past 20 years, I have been guiding thousands of people through their wellbeing transformations and helping to achieve a relaxed and joyful state of mind and body.

Why do we need R & R?
In the hustle and bustle of our fast-paced lives, it's easy to overlook the importance of quality rest. Yet, the benefits of a good night's sleep extend far beyond mere rejuvenation. Did you know that while you slumber, your body produces cytokines, essential proteins that boost your immune system and fortify your white blood cells? However, when sleep is compromised, the production of these immune-boosting proteins decreases, leaving you more vulnerable to bacteria and viruses. It's time to rediscover the value of guided relaxation and make sleep a priority.

Unleashing the Power of Guided Relaxation: Research through systematic reviews has revealed the remarkable impact of relaxation practices, including guided meditation, on various aspects of our well-being. Measures of anxiety, depression, and pain scores have shown significant improvements through the incorporation of these practices. Moreover, scientific studies have documented structural and functional changes in the brains of individuals engaged in long-term traditional meditation practices, as well as those who have completed mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) programs.
REST & RESET FAQ
I cannot meditate or relax.
Should I still try it?
More and more neuroscience research shows that regular mindfulness practices improve ability to focus and manage stress. It definitely worth trying - at least 2-3 sessions under the guidance of the experienced professional.
How could R&R improve my sleep and boost my mood?
Normally people see the results the same day/night. R&R helps to switch our autonomic nervous system from "fight-or-flight" or stress response into "rest-and-digest" or relaxation response. Our ability to fall asleep and stay asleep is coming from relaxation response.
How often should I practice R&R?
Ideally at least 15-30 min daily. Otherwise, twice or once per week 45 min sessions are better than none, and you might notice a significant change in your inner peace and joy.
